We act as an agent to the suppliers so your booking will be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions. Copies of the supplier's terms are available on request.

Booking Please note that the lead name on the reservation must be 18 years or over at the time of booking. The lead name will be in contract with the supplier and will be responsible for the information provided to the agent for all members of the party; this includes the correct spelling of names, title, age, passport and visa information and ensuring that all party members travel with full valid travel insurance. The person making the booking accepts responsibility for paying for all the people on the booking and for keeping all members of the party informed of the booking details. When you book with us a contract will exist as soon as a confirmation invoice is issued. Please carefully check its contents and if any discrepancy exists please contact us immediately.

Payment We accept all methods of payment but if you choose to pay by credit card we will levy a charge of 2% to cover our costs.

Changes to your booking by the supplier Occasionally the supplier may make changes to accommodation, flight times or another element of your trip. You will be advised in advance of any major change and the supplier will have clear guidelines set out in their booking conditions for the procedure to follow if this happens.

Cancellation or changes to your booking by you In the event that you need to cancel or change your travel arrangements, please contact us immediately. Cancellation or amendments must be confirmed in writing. We will make every effort to make changes as required but cancellation or amendment charges will apply. These vary according to the supplier’s booking conditions and can be up to 100% for cancellations close to the departure date. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms and conditions of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

Pricing Prices shown throughout this website are for guidance only. A tailor-made quotation will be provided at the time of your enquiry. Many prices shown for our offers are based on a low season quote and are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.

Passport & Visa Requirements All clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and must obtain visas where applicable. A full ten-year British passport, with a minimum of six months validity is required for travel outside the UK. For further information, see the UK Passport Office website http://www.passport.gov.uk/. Please note all children must now have their own individual passport. Visa requirements for UK passport holders and other nationals are under continual change. You should therefore check entry requirements with the appropriate embassy of your chosen destinations(s). Information on visas may be obtained from the respective Embassies / High Commissions. Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Neither we nor the suppliers accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
